Cuizon Ballet Centre Summer Intensive 2025

Since 2001, our Summer Intensive has been a pivotal experience for Cuizon dancers, consistently elevating technique, artistry, and confidence. Designed for intermediate to advanced dancers, this immersive program accelerates progress in a way that is both measurable and transformative. 

Bringing together Lisa’s most effective and time-tested training methods, the Intensive offers a comprehensive, results-driven curriculum, including:

• Ballet Technique
• Guided Pilates Mat Work & Body Conditioning
• Guided Floor Barre
• Pointe and/or Pre-Pointe
• Variations
• Contemporary

A highlight of the program is the rare opportunity to train with hand-selected guest artists—accomplished professionals offering firsthand insights into the world of dance. Previous intensives have featured Master Classes with dancers from New York City Ballet, Carolina Ballet, William Forsythe Ballet, BodyTraffic, Carolyn Dorfman Dance, and Broadway productions such as Wicked and Movin’ Out.

10:30am-1:30pm Monday-Friday

Note:  Week one will run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday due to the July 4th holiday.

Cost for full Summer Intensive is $1,995 plus $25 registration.
